Rush Information The ZBT Plattsburgh Difference - Finding a place to make the college experience more fulfilling is important to the growth of the individual. We accomplish this by eliminating the inferiority relationship associated with the Brothers and the Rushees. We build our Rushees from day one by treating them as our brothers and more importantly as friends. Joining ZBT is always by your choice, and hopefully because we've gained your respect. Non Pledging Policy - You are empowered with full benefits and rights as a Brother from the day you accept your bid. You are never treated as a second class citizen. We do have a freshman program, though, to help new Brothers become integrated into SUNY Plattsburgh and ZBT life in a fun way. Brotherhood Development Program - Learn and enhance the valuable social skills and business etiquette necessary for success in today's world. The People - The atmosphere within ZBT is relaxed and open (as a society of brothers should be). Within ZBT you will find a nurturing environment in which to explore and discover the world's most valuable asset - YOU. Life-long Friendships - You will form lasting relationships due to our bond of brotherhood. Academic Excellence - We have an Academic Support Program in place which fosters excellent study skills and provides tutorial assistance when needed. We strive to assist our brothers before academic concerns become academic problems. Athletics - Intramural Competitions provide you the chance to participate in all levels of sports, from football to pool, from track events to softball and wrestling. Alumni Network - You can easily utilize a vast network of ZBT Brothers for everything from job opportunities, to career advisement and internships. Diversity - A ZBT brother is confident of his success within the global business arena because of our commitment to diversity. You will be exposed to different perspectives, and experiences which will serve to enhance your overall college experience.
